No.  I’m not pregnant!  But I did get to do a newborn shoot for the cutest littlest baby girl a couple of weeks ago.  She is adorable and I loved getting to do this for one of my dear friends from college.  It was so much fun, and I hope she enjoys the pics.

I got the kids a big inflatable pool for the backyard.  It’s really big.

I had to put the thing on our patio because it would kill the grass if I left it on our lawn.  If you’ve been to our house- you know we have a hard time keeping grass alive with so much shade from our trees, so this seemed like a perfect solution.  It was perfect until Ashe met the bottom of the pool today a little harder than he should have and split his chin open.  One short but expensive trip to the emergency clinic (with all 3 kids) later and we have a freshly super-glued laceration.  I will have to figure out a solution for this pool, because my son- well, he’s all boy.

For my date with A1 this weekend, I took her to the Dallas Museum of Art.  I had recently gone with my dear friend Amy and knew that Amai would love going back with me.  We had a lot of fun.
