We are the Bobbetts. Chris is spending his days at Innovative Way, in Plano, TX, while I (Kerri) am spending mine running around the metroplex with our three kids- Amai, Asher, and Bella. We love having a family.

I’m 32 years old, love good photography and the finer things in life, enjoy movies, being active (and outdoors when the weather cooperates), traveling, creating things with my hands, getting to know people, helping others deal with life, and following Jesus to the mountains and valleys that He calls me to. I love my friends and family and generally all that I meet. I have wild hair and don’t go anywhere without lipstick on.

As far as my professional life goes, I got a degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.  Then I got out and scratched my head and said, “Now what do I do?”  So I went to hair school and became a hair stylist.  I then moved to New York for a brief time to be a nanny, until my mom got really sick with her second trip through breast cancer so I decided to move back home to help care for her.  I consider it a blessing (though a very painful one) that I was able to walk with her through her final year of life and about a year after she died I ended up marrying Chris.  I continued to do hair for a while, and then decided to take some time off to grieve losing my mom.  Then, surprise!  Here came little miss Amai.  The rest is pretty much history and you can read my rants and raves through the old pages on this blog.

I love my family.  My husband is what real men are made of.  My kids are hilarious, wild, passionate about every emotion they feel, and just growing me up in ways I didn’t even know I needed to.  Thanks for stopping by- drop me a line anytime.
